Why book a location review?
Your location access profile enables you to communicate your venue’s access provisions and attract new audiences through All In’s listings. All location profiles will be reviewed and approved by our Access Specialists before they are published.
Book your location review to explore your listing together with an Access Specialist and ensure it communicates all your access provisions successfully.
Before you book
The aim is to create a location profile that clearly communicates your current access provisions to audiences. Learn more and get started with our guide, ‘How to complete your location access profile’.

What to expect
The session is a video call with our Access Specialists, up to 45 minutes.
We’ll explore your location access profile and how to communicate your access provisions effectively to potential visitors. We’ll examine whether there’s more detail that’s worth adding, whether your explanations are clear and specific, and share any relevant tips. We can make changes together during the call so you can put the learning into practice immediately, and get your profile ready to publish.
Come along armed with any questions you might have. Feel free to invite any teammates you think will find this session useful.
Meeting accessibility

- Your meeting will take place via Microsoft Teams video call.
- Microsoft Teams provides automated captions and transcripts.
- We use the Microsoft automated transcription to support us with note taking. We’re happy to share a copy of the transcript after the call on request.
- We will share summary notes after the call.
When you book, let us know if there’s anything else we can do, or anything you’d like us to know, that will make the call easier or more comfortable for you.

After the meeting
We’ll email you with summary notes after the meeting. This will include a list of any actions you might need to make before your location can be approved. This could be actions like improving unclear wording, or adding missing photos and alt text, for example.
Once your location access profile is approved, your location can be published to the All In listings page.
If you need to cancel or rearrange your meeting, please let us know as soon as possible so someone else can book the slot.
