Everyone's welcome

All In for People with Access Requirements

All In wants everyone to feel welcome. That’s why we’re working with the creative and cultural sector to improve access for D/deaf, disabled, and neurodivergent people.

You should have a great experience from the moment you decide to go out to the moment you get home. It shouldn’t be frustrating or time-consuming to do the things you love, whether that’s a night out at the cinema, attending a concert, visiting a museum, or watching a live stream from the theatre.

So how are we going to do this? Firstly, we are creating UK-wide accessibility standards to help venues and event organisers understand what better access looks like. We will also develop quality training to assist them to meet those standards.

We also want to improve the booking process to make it easier for you to share your access requirements. That means no more long waits on the phone, endlessly sharing personal details or worrying about whether someone’s understood your individual needs.

As a disabled-led team, we know it’s important to do this right. We’re taking time to test our ideas and talk to other disabled people to find out exactly what our community needs to make All In a success.

If you are a Hynt cardholder, we will be releasing further information in the new year about how Hynt and All In will work alongside each other. Right now, nothing will change for venues and users of Hynt.

We’d love to keep you updated on our progress. To be the first to hear our news, please fill the form below and we’ll stay in touch.

As audience members we want to feel seen, understood and valued. We’re making progress, but exploring the language we use, the way we view things and questioning the way things have always been done, would push us towards true equality.
