Patchwork Hub

Patchwork Hub offers end-to-end disability inclusion and neuro-inclusion support for employers across the attraction, recruitment, retention and progression of disabled and neurodivergent talent.
We are an award-winning, disabled-led social enterprise, and everyone at Patchwork Hub has lived experience of the issues we work on.
Creative and cultural organisations can advertise vacancies on our accessible jobs platform to reach a broad and diverse community of disabled and neurodivergent jobseekers, helping you widen your talent pool and make your recruitment more inclusive. Patchwork Hub is specifically named in the UK Government’s Disability Confident guidance as a platform employers can use to advertise opportunities and actively attract disabled talent.
Alongside this, we provide disability and neurodiversity training, consultancy, access assessments, workplace adjustment support and practical guidance to help organisations remove barriers across recruitment and the wider employee journey. We can also support through speaking, panels and tailored projects, and actively contribute to wider sector and government discussions on disability inclusion and the future of work.
Our clients span a range of sectors, including creative and cultural organisations such as Sony Music UK and the BBC.
