Everyone's welcome

Welcome to the All In Pilot

Thank you for agreeing to take part in the All In pilot!

Developed by disabled people for disabled people, All In aims to make it easier for deaf, disabled, and neurodivergent people to share their access requirements when attending shows, exhibitions, and experiences. That means no more long waits on the phone, endlessly sharing personal details, or worrying about whether someone’s understood your individual needs. Becoming an All In member will be completely free for disabled people.

By joining the pilot you will be one of the first All In members and your feedback will help to shape the scheme for disabled audiences across the UK and Ireland!

Please get in touch with the person who invited you to take part in the pilot if you have any questions.

A wheelchair user is at a customer service counter, interacting with a staff member. There are computer monitors on the desk, and a poster on the wall that reads “The Ancient Oak of Baldor.”

Instructions

Before you get started, you might like to preview the feedback form so that you know what to look out for and can note down any feedback you’d like to share. We will ask you questions about: how easy the process was, how long it took, whether you were able to reflect all of your access requirements, and what support you would have benefitted from.

Please note: for a smooth experience, we recommend completing all the steps on the same device and using the same browser.

If you need any help, please get in touch with the person who invited you to take part in the pilot.

Get started below

1. Create a login for your account

Your first step is to create a login for your account on the All In website.

Please note that you must use the link below to create your account, rather than creating an account from anywhere else on the website.

2. Set up your member access profile

Once you have verified your email, you will be directed to the next step, which is to set up your member access profile.

On the ‘member details’ page you will be asked if you are a Hynt card holder – please ignore this question for now.

If you need help, please get in touch with the person who invited you to take part in the pilot.

3. Give feedback on setting up your All In account and profile

Please provide feedback on your experience creating an account and setting up your profile.

Your deadline is in the email you received, inviting you to take part.

What’s next?

We will be back in touch with instructions for the second part of piloting, which will involve sharing your access profile with organisations ready for when you next book tickets!

Thank you again for agreeing to take part in the piloting of All In!

Whilst you wait for the next instructions, you’re welcome to continue exploring your account and editing your access profile
