All In has reached a major milestone with the launch of the UK and Ireland’s first Accessibility Standards for creativity and culture, now available to organisations across England.
This comprehensive suite of guidelines come as part of All In Essentials, a subscription packed with innovative features for theatres, museums, galleries, libraries, festivals, and more, designed to increase confidence, improve accessibility, and remove barriers for deaf, disabled, and neurodivergent people.
Developed with disability arts organisation Attitude is Everything, the Accessibility Standards provide clear, practical guidance to support both quick changes and long‑term improvements. They include Digital Communications, Creative and Cultural Experiences, Customer Service, and the Built Environment, covering everything from Blue Badge parking and auditorium sightlines, to content warnings and immersive environments.
The key features of All In Essentials include:
- The full suite of Accessibility Standards
- One-to-one guidance from our access specialists
- Exclusive resources to build confidence and knowledge
- Tools to help your organisation showcase your access provisions
- Listings to help disabled people find your locations and events
Andrew Miller MBE UK Arts Access Champion for All In said: “The release of Essentials is a pivotal moment for All In, shifting our development into delivery. It’s a hugely exciting moment too and one I have spent much of the last decade advocating for.
The Accessibility Standards are a transformative new resource for the cultural sector that provide a road map to grow disabled audience and visitor numbers. And I can’t wait to see how our Standards begin dismantling barriers for disabled people to engage with arts and culture, initially in England and then later this year across the UK and Ireland.
I firmly believe this is access on the next level.
Welcome to All In.”
This milestone builds on the successful pilot with Leeds Heritage Theatres, Leeds Museums and Galleries, Leeds Playhouse, and Opera North, whose insight has helped shaped a scheme designed with both the sector and disabled people in mind.
Alice Dowek, Access Specialist, Opera North said: “The Accessibility Standards have given me a clear set of guidelines of what we should aspire to in our organisation, and a much deeper understanding of the needs of our diverse audiences. Being part of the pilot has cemented Opera North’s desire to centre access, and we are so grateful to have had the opportunity to participate so far.”
All In Essentials is available now, with subscription rates starting from £200 to £5,500 +VAT. Prices are based on turnover to make sure it remains achievable for organisations of all shapes and sizes.
Organisations with a ticket booking system will be able to add even more features when All In Plus goes live in Summer 2026.
Those looking to get ahead can lock in our Early Adopter Offer: subscribe to All In Plus now for the price of All In Essentials, and get all the additional features of Plus when they become available at no extra cost. This offer runs until 30 April 2026.
Subscriptions will roll out to organisations across the rest of the UK and the Republic of Ireland during 2026 and early 2027.
