Everyone's welcome

All In Partners

Explore All In

All In is a partnership between Arts Council England, Arts Council Ireland, Arts Council of Northern Ireland, Arts Council of Wales, and Creative Scotland.

We are building upon the important work of Hynt, the access scheme for arts and theatre in Wales, which has informed the development of All In. Hynt will continue to operate in Wales, as part of the wider All In scheme.

Arts Council England

Arts Council England is the national development agency for creativity and culture. We have set out our strategic vision in Let’s Create that by 2030 we want England to be a country in which the creativity of each of us is valued and given the chance to flourish and where everyone of us has access to a remarkable range of high-quality cultural experiences. From 2023 to 2026 we will invest over £467 million of public money from Government and an estimated £250 million from The National Lottery each year to help support the sector and to deliver this vision.

Our investment in All In is helping us achieve that vision by supporting the creative and cultural sector to become a place where everyone is welcome.

Arts Council Ireland

The Arts Council is the national government agency for funding, developing and promoting the arts in Ireland. Its role is to advocate, advise, invest and work in partnership with others, to cultivate a vibrant arts environment at the heart of Irish society. Established by Statute in 1951, the Arts Council is guided by the Arts Act 2003 and is an expert, autonomous body.

The Arts Council recognises that the arts have a central and distinctive contribution to make to our evolving society. Our current strategic focus is on supporting artists, public engagement, strategic investment, spatial and demographic planning, and developing capacity.

The Arts Council’s work is underpinned by a set of values that includes freedom of thought and expression, commitment to excellence, integrity, accountability and transparency, respect for diversity and collegiality.

The Arts Council of Wales is the official public body for funding and developing the arts in Wales. We manage and invest public funds that we receive from the Welsh Government, and are also responsible for the distribution of National Lottery funding in Wales. As an organisation we have an ongoing commitment to widening engagement and to removing barriers in accessing or taking part in the arts, and a steadfast belief in the ability of the arts to enhance people’s quality of life and to contribute to the cultural, social and economic well-being of Wales.

Creative Scotland

Creative Scotland is the public body that supports culture and creativity across all parts of Scotland, distributing funding provided by the Scottish Government and The National Lottery.

Equalities, Diversity and Inclusion is one of our strategic priorities, and we want more people from across all parts of society to be able to access and take part in the widest range of artistic and creative activities. All In is hugely important in increasing access for audiences and driving improvements across the creative and cultural sectors.
