All In for Disabled People

You should have a great experience from the moment you decide to go out to the moment you get home. It shouldn’t be frustrating or time-consuming to do the things you love, whether that’s a night out at the cinema, attending a concert, visiting a museum, or watching a live stream from the theatre.

So how are we going to do this? Firstly, we are introducing accessibility standards to help organisations understand what better access looks like. We will support organisations to develop the skills needed for them to meet those standards.

We also want to improve the booking process to make it easier for you to share your access requirements. That means no more long waits on the phone, endlessly sharing personal details or worrying about whether someone’s understood your individual needs.

Best of all, All In will be completely free for disabled people.

As a disabled-led team, we know it’s important to do this right. We’re taking time to test our ideas and talk to other disabled people to find out exactly what our community needs to make All In a success.

If you are a Hynt cardholder in Wales, we will share more information about how Hynt and All In will work alongside each other soon. Right now, nothing will change for venues and users of Hynt.

We are currently piloting All In to make sure it works for everyone. It is important we can give you a great experience when we open our doors in the second half of 2025.
