Our commitment to accessibility

At All In, we want everyone to be able to access and enjoy our website easily. In order to reach a high level of accessibility, we work hard with our partners Accessible by Design to follow the international accessibility guidelines provided by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C WCAG 2).

In addition, and in recognition of the fact that following the guidelines is just one part of measuring accessibility, we work with real users to find out how people will be using our website, and what else we can do to make it easier to use.

Below, you’ll find information on how we’ve designed the site to be accessible to everyone, including users with disabilities..

Accessibility features

• Skip to Content: A “Skip to content” link is available for screen reader and keyboard users to quickly access the main content.
• Colour Mode Options: Choose between Vivid or Muted colour experiences, to match your preferences.
• Resizable Text: You can change the text size using our accessibility toolbar.
• Quick Access to BSL Content: A direct link to British Sign Language (BSL) content is available in the upper-right corner on any page that has a BSL version.
• Clear Links: All our links are written to make sense, even if you’re reading them out of context.
• Text Alternatives: Wherever we use video or audio, text alternatives are available.
• ARIA Roles: We’ve integrated ARIA roles to help screen readers understand and navigate our content.

We’ve also made sure that:

• You can navigate most of the website using only a keyboard.
• The site has a flexible layout and scales well when you zoom in or out.
• The content is well-structured and easy to read, with clear headings and plenty of white space.
• Our navigation is consistent, so it’s always easy to find what you need.
• Our colours have high contrast, making it easier to read.
• You can use speech recognition software to interact with the site.
• You can listen to most of the content using a screen reader (JAWS, NVDA, or VoiceOver).

How accessible this website is

Known issues on our website:

• Some links that open in a new tab don’t clearly say that they will. We’re currently working on adding text to make it clear this happens.
• Error messages on forms don’t always explain what went wrong or how to fix it. We’re currently working on correcting the wording.
• Some screen readers may not be able to read the Welsh version of this content. This is due to screen reader technology limitations.
• Vimeo videos on our website might be hard to navigate using a keyboard. We’re exploring other options to display our videos.
• When using a keyboard, you have to tab through the whole page before you can access the cookie consent banner. We are working on making this first in the tabbing order.

Parts of our website are currently being audited and we will update this list, as we identify any additional issues.

Non-compliance with the accessibility regulations

Our site partially meets WCAG 2.2 guidelines. Remediation work underway includes:

• Clear indication that links open in a new window: WCAG 2.1.4 Link Purpose (In Context) (Level A) and WCAG 3.2.5 Change on Request (Level AAA)
• Screen readers and Welsh language: WCAG 3.1.2 Language of Parts (Level AA)
• Vimeo video controls: WCAG 2.4.3 Focus Order (Level A)
• Error messages on forms: WCAG 3.3.1 Error Identification (Level A) and WCAG 3.3.3 Error Suggestion (Level AA)
• Cookie banner keyboard focus order: WCAG 2.4.3 Focus Order (Level A)

We plan to address the issues with links, error messages and cookie banners by September 2026. We are yet to identify suitable solutions regarding screen readers or Vimeo.
