Accessibility Statement
Our commitment to accessibility
At All In, we want everyone to be able to access and enjoy our website easily. Below, you’ll find information on how we’ve designed the site to be accessible to everyone, including users with disabilities.
We aim to make our website usable for as many people as possible, which means you should be able to:
- Navigate most of the website using only a keyboard.
- Use speech recognition software to interact with the site.
- Listen to most of the content using a screen reader (JAWS, NVDA, or VoiceOver).
Additionally, we strive to make our writing as clear and simple as possible. If you need advice on making your device easier to use, AbilityNet offers helpful resources.
Known issues on our website
- Links that open in a new tab don’t clearly say that they will. We’re currently working on adding text to make it clear this happens.
- Error messages on forms don’t explain what went wrong or how to fix it. We’re currently working on correcting the wording.
- Screen readers can’t read the Welsh version of this content. This is due to current screen reader technology limitations.
- Vimeo videos on our website might be hard to navigate using a keyboard. We’re exploring other options to display our videos.
- When using a keyboard, you have to tab through the whole page before you can access the cookie consent banner. We are working on making this first in the tabbing order.
Feedback
We welcome feedback on our website. If you experience any issues with our website or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us.
What we’ve done to help accessibility
In order to reach a high level of accessibility, we work hard with our partners Accessible by Design to follow the international accessibility guidelines provided by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C WCAG 2).
In addition, and in recognition of the fact that following the guidelines is just one part of measuring accessibility, we work with real users to find out how people will be using our website, and what else we can do to make it easier to use.
Gaining feedback from our users is a high priority for us and is an essential part of our website and digital strategy.
