We’re pleased to announce People Connective, part of The Card Network, has been appointed to provide All In’s accessible helpdesk for disabled people when the scheme opens to members later in 2026.
Our helpdesk will offer friendly person-centred support through multiple channels, including phone, email, live chat, virtual appointments (with optional BSL interpretation), and post. Members will be able to choose the communication method that works best for them, without being pushed towards digital-only or automated routes.
The Card Network has more than 20 years’ experience delivering accessible customer support for national disability schemes, including the national CEA Card Scheme, and Hynt, the Welsh access scheme that All In is building upon. In 2025, People Connective was launched to focus specifically on inclusive, accessible member services.
All In is currently moving through a phased roll out, which began with Taster Accounts for organisations based in England in September 2025. The scheme will start welcoming disabled members later in 2026, when we enter the final phase of roll out in England. All In is set to take subscriptions from the sector in early 2026, when All In Essentials goes live.
“By appointing People Connective, our disabled members will be met with understanding, flexibility and a real person at the other end of support.”
Kelly Parish, Senior Manager, Diversity, Arts Council England says:
“We know that for many disabled people, the biggest barriers can appear at the very first point of contact. That’s why we want to give our disabled members the choice on how they want to get in touch with us. By appointing People Connective, our disabled members will be met with understanding, flexibility and a real person at the other end of support. This partnership reflects our commitment to putting disabled people at the heart of All In.”
Sue Woodcock, Commercial Director of The Card Network says:
“We’re delighted to be working with All In to provide the services for their member focused helpdesk and from the outset to be collaborating with Arts Council England in the development of an accessible solution.
We bring many years of experience in supporting and managing schemes for D/deaf, disabled and neurodivergent people, including the successful Hynt access scheme that works with theatres and arts centres in Wales and has had such a meaningful impact on its members. We’re looking forward to building on that experience as we work alongside All In.”
